Regional Sales Manager

Job description

1.Sales Plan and Execution

In line with the company business plan and budget, draft the annual sales plan and budget, lead the execution of the plan to fulfill sales target.

2. Account Management

Develop and maintain good relationship with the key accounts within the responsible areas to ensure the reasonable account structure.

3. Market Investigation and Research

Be responsible for collecting the market information within the responsible areas and draft constructive sales proposal; execute the sales proposal after approval.

4. products Structure

Ensure the reasonable products structure in the area.

5. Market Development

Actively develop new customers and new channels to increase the sales turnover and market share.

6. Internal Coordination

Within the scope of the company policies and budget, maintain good cooperation with Marketing Department, Sales Commercial Department and Customer Service Department to increase sales turnover and better satisfy customers’ need.

7. Improve Sales Productivity

In line with annual budget of the department, improve the sales productivity by ways of enhancing management and optimizing the processes.

8. Managing and Developing People

In line with the company policies, manage and guide the work of the subordinators, help to develop the employees to achieve mutual targets.
 

 

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree on Sales and Markeitng, Eelctronic Engineering or other relative majors.

2. At Least 5 years sales experience; at least 3 years experience on sales management position
