Your new Role

  • Hardware development of hearing aids (electrical / acoustical)
  • Confirm technical realization of marketing requirements
  • System integration for hearing aids according to electrical and acoustical requirements
  • Dimensioning, selection and evaluation of electro-acoustical transducers and sensors
  • Support schematics and layout development
  • Definition and verification of firmware/ software parameters
  • Adminstrative and functional coordination with responsible subsystem owner and adjacent departments
  • Verification of hearing aids conforming to medical standards
  • Creation and maintenance of specifications, reports and work instructions
  • ITE product and forefront development, basic research in regard to electro-acoustics
  • Collaboration in international and inter-disciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience as (product) developer
  • Experience required in electrical measurement technique
  • Experience desirable in acoustical measurement technique
  • Profound knowledge in analogue circuit technology
  • Ideally knowledge about battery powered, rechargeable systems
  • Basic knowledge in digital signal processing, filtering, etc.
  • Experience in leading and instructing colleagues without disciplinary management responsibility
  • Complete studies with technical backgroung, ideally in the domain of electrical engineering or similar
  • German, English
  • Well-structured and organized way of working
