About the team

The team reports directly to the Sr. Director, Business performance, Located in our CO2 neutral HQ north of Copenhagen, Lynge. You will be working in a variable environment with skilled colleagues, short decision paths and great freedom with responsibility. You will be part of the transformation journey in Business Performance, with ample opportunities to influence how we work.


About the role

The Business Analyst position will give you an excellent platform and opportunity, to deep dive into the Medtech and hearing aid industry. We offer you an influencing role with lifechanging impact, which are helping millions of people improve the quality of life.

As Business Analyst, you are expected to create results and support the organization through following:

  • Support the retail sales organization with financial and other performance analysis, to support the daily business decisions
  • Develop financial models and new consolidated reporting
  • Support the development of an enhanced BI environment to deliver updated and relevant data and analysis for all business functions
  • Perform deep dive analysis and measurement of retail sales- and market data in cooperation with sales and marketing departments
  • Drive performance management of the retail business units and processes with focus on how to support the strategic and tactical targets of the business
  • Work on ensuring that the Group Finance department supports the business in the best possible way


Requirements

About you

We expect that you are an ambitious person, with a proven strong educational background, who is willing to make a difference and who is not afraid of challenging existing processes and procedures.

It is critical that you have sharp analytical skills and that you can communicate your results in a clear and concise manner. You are self-confident and disciplined, which enables you to work independently and focus on quality in a sometimes very hectic environment.


As a person, you are motivated by seeing the results of your work as well as engaging with others to create them. You are robust, diligent, curious and impactful. Your approach is self-starting, and you convincingly engage stakeholders on all levels of the organization, from senior management to sales representative.


You most likely fit the following profile:

  • Master degree or graduate diploma (HD) in Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large quantitative analyses and use data actively in the daily decisions making
  • High empathy and good ability to interact across the organization in an international setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI modelling and Dashboards is an advantage but not a must

The corporate language is English, and you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity.
